If you're like me, you take precautions with your health. I exercise regularly, eat right, and get sufficient sleep at night. But even with the best efforts, I still developed high blood pressure. I made the mistake of not visiting my doctor for regular checkups. With the right exams, my doctor would've diagnosed my condition a long time ago. Now, I see my physician every few weeks for regular high blood pressure checks. I also schedule a full-body exam every six months.
